сокр REAВедомство в структуре Министерства сельского хозяйства [ Department of Agriculture, U.S.], осуществляющее разнообразную помощь местным электрическим и телефонным компаниям. Создана в 1935. С 1949 осуществляла крупную программу телефонизации сельских районов. В 1988-90 начали осуществляться новые программы финансирования развития сельских районов.
